dynamic warmup crossfitInterested in giving CrossFit a try?  Join us for any of our class hours May 1st, feel free to bring a friend and get ready for some work out FUN!  All classes are 1 hour in duration and coach lead.  Classes will consist of a dynamic warm up, Mobility, strength training, and metabolic conditioning the “WOD”.  Please dress in athletic gear and bring a water bottle.  Class times are listed below, please come early to sign a waiver and familiarize yourself with the gym.

If you cant make Friday CrossFit Lake Effect also offers a free trial class every Saturday at 10:30am
